Return Period for Refund
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund.
After this period, we can only offer store credit.
Returns After 15 Days
If you initiate a return after the 15-day refund window but within 30 days of delivery, you will receive store credit instead of a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@silverback-strength.com within the applicable return period to request a Return Authorisation.
Once approved:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship it back to us using a trackable postage method.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
